Cancellation Policy:

• Exact cancellation will be advised upon reservation depending on the hotel and date of travel.

Application form filled out and signed by the applicant or the delegated person.

The passport should be valid for at least 6 months after return from the planned trip

Current passport must contain at least two blank pages.

If the applicant has any previous passports he/she must bring it.
Photocopy for the biometric page and all visas and stamps on the current passport.
Movement certificate:

If the applicant doesn’t have any Visas in his current passport, he must bring the previous passport (the gap between the two passports doesn’t exceed 1 months),or If none, the applicant must bring a movement certificate from AL-Mugamma for the last 7 years.

Movement certificate is required for the applicant who their age more than 18 years old.

Photocopy from Egyptian National ID.

Original Certificate of the employment: specifying the date of recruitment, salary level.

Documents to be provided by company owner: copy of the commercial registry and tax card.

Documents to be provided by pupils /students: original proof of enrollment in school/university.

Original personal bank statements, for the past 6 months copied and in the absence of bank account, the applicant can submit saving account, bank certificate or post statement. (All pages must be stamped)

A round direct flight ticket. (preliminary/temporary reservation)

Hotel booking confirmation or proof of accommodation. (Preliminary/temporary reservation).

Concerning the minors:

Regarding the individuals:

Submit their papers in VFS Global.

The applicant will receive a call from the consulate to sign the parents’ consent for their minors.

Regarding the group from the school they have 2 options:

The same like the individuals.

Or the parents sign the approval themselves under the school responsibility.
