Cancellation Policy:

• Exact cancellation will be advised upon reservation depending on the hotel and date of travel.

1. Visa application form filled out and signed.
2. A color photography and white background not older than the last 6 months.
3. Passport valid up to 3 months after the expiry of the visa.
4. First travelers to schengen area.
Old passports & Movement certificate covers last 7 years are required
5. Schengen visa before.
Old passports cover last 7 years without gaps, in case of no, movement certificate is required
6. Copies of the page that contains the Photograph , personal data and of all the pages those are not blank
7. National ID (Copy/Translation).
8. Birth Certificate for minors (Original /Translation).
9. H.R Letter (Recent & stamped) /Enrolment letter for students
10. Original/Copy/Translation of the commercial registry and tax card (company owners).
11. Up-to-date personal bank account statement for the last 6 months (Stamped & in English).
In the absence of bank account, proof of other assets has to be provided (Original /copy/Translation).

In case of in- personal Bank statement, an approval of the authorized person is required &the bank Should certify this authorized signature.

12. Return air Ticket or Reservation indicating the complete itinerary of the tour.
13. Confirmed Reservation of hotel in Spain.
14. Confirmed travel insurance for the travel period in all the territory of the Schengen area that covers the medical expenses and of repatriation in case of accident or disease (minimum cover: € 30.000).
15. Marriage certificate in case of accompanying spouse.
16. Authorization Parental signed at VFS or From the Notary for minors (Less than 18).
